  • has expired or you may have forgotten your password
  • or needs to be changed

Step 1:
Select “Forgot Password” link.

Step 2:
Click on “Self-Service Reset”

Step 3:

Fill out “UFID” 8-digit number, GatorLink username, select box “I’m not a robot” and click Next

provide identity data


Step 4.

Additional information will ask you to Identify your month and day of birth (month-mm, day-dd) then click next.

Step 5:

A verification code will be sent to your preferred phone number once you select the last 4 digits of your phone number and click on “Next”

Step 6:

Enter your verification code that you received either through text or voice call and click on “Next”

Step 7:

AUP will appear so that you could read the policy and signify your acceptance.
